Terms of Service

These terms govern your engagement with QEmerge — including the website, communications, and services offered by QLTen Collective LLC.
By engaging with the practice — including visiting the site, scheduling a conversation, or contracting for sessions — you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the services.
Scope of services
QEmerge offers:
- A no-cost first conversation to determine fit.
- The full QEmerge program: ten eyes-closed sessions — six longer experiences and four shorter integration sessions — over approximately six to seven months, with reflective practice recordings and personally held scheduling and check-ins.
The services are developmental and educational. Please see the Disclaimer for clarification of what the work is and is not.
Payment
The full QEmerge program is currently offered at $7,400, subject to change as the work develops.
Payment terms:
- Payment may be made in full at the start or paid in installments, as agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods may include credit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
- Payment is processed through a trusted third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details ourselves.
Cancellation and refunds
- Full refund within 7 days of initial payment if no sessions have yet occurred.
- Pro-rated refund through completion of Session 2 if you choose to end the work early.
- No refund after Session 3 except in unusual circumstances at the discretion of QLTen Collective LLC and the practitioner.
Sessions missed without at least 24 hours' notice may be forfeited at the practitioner's discretion.
Rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. The practice operates on a loose two-week rhythm that adjusts for life.
Repeated last-minute rescheduling may affect the work, and the practitioner reserves the right to discuss continuation if patterns emerge.
Confidentiality
The practitioner treats all sessions confidentially as described in the Disclaimer.
Clients are likewise expected to maintain the confidentiality of any materials, recordings, or methods shared during the work and not to redistribute them.
Intellectual property
All materials produced by QEmerge — including recordings, written reflections, frameworks, and session content — remain the intellectual property of QLTen Collective LLC.
Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own development. Sharing, reproducing, or redistributing these materials without written permission is not permitted.
Non-transferable
Services purchased for one person cannot be transferred to another person.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the practitioner's liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for those services.
The practitioner is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
You acknowledge that the work is developmental, not clinical, and that you are responsible for your own choices and well-being.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in Utah courts unless both parties agree otherwise.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the practice evolves. Material changes will be noted with a clear date at the top of the page.
Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
